The building is a 7-storey architectural complex of public purpose, landscaped area along the embankment of the river Zhaiyk. The building was commissioned on 23.12.2011. Caspiy Business Centre was built in accordance with the requirements of international and Kazakhstani standards and corresponds to the level of class "A".
