The shopping centre was built on the site of a woodworking shop using sandwich panel construction materials. BAIZAAR is the only one in the Atyrau market with shopping areas, food court and playgrounds for children. The building of the shopping centre consists of 3 elevated levels with low ceilings without atriums.
