In 2021, Mercury Properties was awarded the right to build the first BTS warehouse complex in Kazakhstan, with the right to further transfer it to a long-term lease in Astana for the Russian e-commerce leader. On March 15, 2023, Mercury Properties presented the opening of the largest OZON full-field centre with a total area of 38 thousand sqm outside Russia.
