Mercury Properties is the largest investment holding company in the commercial real estate segment in Kazakhstan in terms of the total area of all properties. The company owns and manages a portfolio of over 51 facilities in the cities of Almaty, Astana, Aktobe and Atyrau. From 2014, the area of assets under management per effective share has grown nearly sevenfold.

The total area of the company's assets under management is more than 1 million square meters, of which the effective share of the company's ownership is 782 thousand square meters. The total leasable area of facilities under management for the company's effective share is 503 thousand square meters.
